1. Agreement
By requesting a quote, signing off on a project brief, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms of Service. If we send a separate written agreement for a specific project, that agreement takes precedence over these terms for that project.
2. Our services
ZEP Agency provides research support, ghostwriting, proofreading and editing, and digital-product services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and price for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate briefs, source material, and timely feedback, and for ensuring you have the right to share any material you send us. Work you submit as your own must comply with your institution’s or employer’s policies. ZEP’s deliverables are intended as research and drafting support; you are responsible for the final use of the work.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional revisions or changes that expand the original scope may be quoted separately.
5. Payments
Fees, deposits, milestones, and payment methods are set out in your project quote. Work typically begins after the agreed deposit is received. Late payments may pause active work.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Fees for work already completed at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. We may decline or end an engagement if a request falls outside our services or our ethical guidelines.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your identity, brief, and materials as confidential and do not disclose them or share your work publicly without your written permission. Our handling of personal data is described in our
Privacy Policy.
8. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, subject to any third-party material (quotations, cited works, licensed assets) that remains owned by its original rights holder. ZEP may retain internal copies of work for record-keeping and quality assurance.
9. Warranties and limits
We deliver our work with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as grades, publication, rankings, or business results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid for that project.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date.
